The Inner Critic

The inner critic is that destructive internal voice that condemns and limits us, often stemming from painful past experiences that create limiting beliefs about our worth and potential. Unlike the Holy Spirit who convicts with hope and direction, the inner critic condemns without offering redemption or a path forward. Many of us have made agreements in our hearts based on negative words spoken over us, but these evil contracts can be broken by recognizing them as lies and replacing them with God's truth. We must learn to distinguish between false humility that diminishes us and true humility that knows our identity comes from God. It's time to stir up the gifts God has placed within us and step into the fullness of our calling, remembering that our future is not determined by our past.
