Pastor Lloyd

 Pastor Lloyd Bustard was number 18 out of a family of 19 children, born in the small fishing village of Blacks Harbor, Canada. His teenage years were marked by drugs and rock-n-roll—but such things were no match to the power of praying mother. He got radically saved and was eager for a life lived out in ministry at the young age of 19. And when ministry brought him to Mississippi, he met his wife and then gained a new brother-in-law, David Huff—with whom Pastor Lloyd would begin to write and record Christian music. To this day, Pastor Lloyd is an accomplished musician who is still writing worship music that he records and is often sung at World Worship Church. Pastor Lloyd also ministers prophetically and has had the privilege of ministering with Benny Hinn and appearing on his “This is your day” show as well as many others.

But Pastor Lloyd’s life is best characterized by the saying, “Love God, love His people,” as he has a magnetic passion for the people of God, one that is only rivaled by his love for his Creator. Pastor Lloyd truly believes that he has been given the best job in the world and it is one he does with care and with a hope to encourage people as they deepen their relationship with God and are equipped to go out and reach the lost and hurting.

Whenever Pastor Lloyd has down time, you can either find him reading in his backyard , playing with his dogs, or watching a hockey game—but the vision God has given him for Charlotte and the church, never leaves his mind.

Pastor Pam

 Pastor Pam Bustard is the youngest of four girls, born and raised in the small southern town of Pascagoula, Mississippi. She was playing the piano at her local church when God brought a guest minister, who was all the way from Canada, to preach a revival at her church. That minister was Pastor Lloyd—who after seeing the piano player knew he would leave that church with more than a monetary gift—he had found his wife! The two were married very soon after that and have been married for 28 years now, with three wonderful children—Lauren, Kyle and Kristin.

Today, Pastor Pam continues to work faithfully and whole-heartedly alongside her husband at World Worship Church. She is certified in Christian Counseling and also leads a great team of women overseeing the Women’s Ministry. God has also given her a heart that desires to learn; diving deeper into discovering what the Lord has to say about relationships, family dynamics, and finances and often sharing her heart on those topics with the church. This desire also keeps her furthering her counseling education and keeps many new books on her shelf. And when she has spare time, she also enjoys scrap booking and is an avid couponer.

But most importantly, Pastor Pam is a dedicated wife and mother. She has an unwavering passion for God and her family that also pours over onto everyone she meets.
